Warranty Claim Procedure
J-Craft, Inc., will work with you on any product issues that may arise. In order to process your claims most efficiently, please follow the steps outlined below. However, you can Contact Us at any time if you have any concerns or issues that arise with our procedure.
Contact J-Craft Warranty at 507-726-4321 or email warranty@j-craftinc.com
- If product is purchased directly through J-CRAFT please contact the Technical Services Department at J-Craft, furnish the truck body serial number or truck VIN, and describe the situation.
- If repair(s) merit warranty consideration, the dealership will contact the Technical Services Department at J-Craft, and furnish the truck body serial number, along with description of the situation
- If Technical Services determines the repair(s) are warrantable, they will assign a warranty claim number, advise the dealership on how to proceed, and require an estimated cost of repair(s). NO REPAIR OR MODIFICATION IS TO BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT A WARRANTY CLAIM NUMBER BEING ASSIGNED.

- Technical Services will determine if the repair(s) merit warranty consideration.
- If Technical Services determines the repair(s) are warrantable, they will assign a warranty claim number, advise the customer on how to proceed, and require an estimated cost of repair(s). NO REPAIR OR MODIFICATION IS TO BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT A WARRANTY CLAIM NUMBER BEING ASSIGNED.
* * No warranty repair or invoice will be considered unless prior approval has been issue by the J-Craft warranty administrator.
